For entrepreneurs only

Start, Adapt and Grow

Entrepreneurs across Hull and East Yorkshire helping each other to start, adapt and grow.

Support

FEO provides a range of peer led programmes and initiatives to help and support those running or starting a business in Hull & East Yorkshire. We provide business advice, strategy and focus for growing businesses as well as entrepreneurial ambitions for the next generation.

Here are a selection of our current programmes:

FEO Ignition

Designed and led by local entrepreneurs, FEO Ignition is an interactive series of practical workshops to help start-ups get their business off the ground.

FEO 360

Run over six fortnightly sessions, FEO 360 challenges SME owners to enhance their personal skills and attitudes whilst improving overall business performance.

FEO Step Change

The Step change for growth programme challenges ambitious owners of established businesses to let go to grow in order to take their business to the next level.

FEO Peer Mentoring

FEO Members give their time to mentor and support each other through the ups and downs of running and growing a business. This is an invaluable resource.

FEO NxGen

When it comes to the future of the private sector, inspiring the next generation is crucial. FEOs NxGen events are presented to students in local schools and colleges by successful entrepreneur role models.

FEO End Game(s)

The aim of End Games is to share ideas to gain a better understanding of the different ways businesses can mature overtime. This could include exit, partial sale, building a family legacy to pass on or carry on until you drop!

FEO Unleashing

Many entrepreneurs run out of steam after 10 to 15 years. FEO’s solution to this problem is to find and liberate the entrepreneurial talent within your business, with the business owner giving ambitious individuals the time and support to deliver a key project

Message from our chairman

Message from our chairman

I grew up in Denmark but the Humber became my home. I am passionate about the area, its possibilities and opportunities. The area is great but we can do so much more pulling together in the same direction. We have got the best geographical location for business in the United Kingdom.
