Mike is the Managing Director of Redfish Group a marketing and technology company dedicated to delivering engaging customer experiences.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in senior roles across engineering, retail and marketing. His early career gave him excellent grounding in improving business results, leading him to establish Redfish Group in 2002.

Redfish Group initially delivered online trading and ecommerce solutions to catalogue retailers. Since then the business has evolved significantly responding and adapting to ever-changing marketplaces but Mike’s ethos for the company has remained the same – to deliver clients a great result.

Redfish Group’s expert team, built by Mike, now spans 3 continents in the UK, UAE and Malaysia delivering powerful technology solutions, innovative marketing and creative that is data driven and personalised. With a specific focus on enhancing customer experience and retention marketing, the business has worked with some of the UK’s leading retailers including Next, Shop Direct Group, Quiz and Holland & Barrett.

Under Mike’s leadership the team has developed ground-breaking technology solutions that have supported retailer’s business growth through enhanced customer shopping experiences. The company’s rich collections PIM and Solr search are used by some of the UK’s leading high street giants and small independent retailers alike. The company’s latest technology solution Response Works is a customer retention platform specifically designed to support retailers with bricks and mortar stores.

In addition to working with national and international brands, Mike and Redfish Group have also invested in supporting retailers in the East Riding working with Browns, MKM, Hugh Rice and Wykeland Group, boosting the local economy.
