Andrew Horncastle

Andrew Horncastle is an entrepreneur with a keen sense of what makes businesses grow and develop. He heads Horncastle Group, a small but highly experienced management team who specialise in property investment, management and development.

Andrew joined the family business and helped set the company on a path of growth and development. He has dealt with succession of issues, was in charge of overseeing demergers, corporate restructures and led company growth from £3 million to over £50 million building a workforce of over 600 people. He was also involved in selling parts to management and a venture capital house. As a developer Andrew has delivered large and complicated projects within the Horncastle company and through Joint Ventures.

He has directed professional projects and corporate management teams on varied opportunities so the company had a better position for growth in the future.

Andrew has a wide range of experience including business development and problem solving at all levels. He can also deal with turnarounds, business rescues and difficult business situations. He understands and works with big corporations and the public sector. Andrew also works with local voluntary groups helping young people and is a local ambassador for the Prince’s Trust.
