Graduating as a chiropractor in 2007 has given me many years of clinical experience working with everyone from the highest level professional athletes to the geriatric population.

I decided to take the plunge opening my own practice, Health Inc, in 2012. All of a sudden I was juggling clinical work, marketing, staff issues, ordering stock, wages, HR etc. I quickly realised being a bloody good chiropractor (with an A level in Economics ) does not mean that you will succeed in business! In fact I needed a completely different skill set.

Luckily I wasn’t shy asking for help; and if you ask the right people eventually you will find the answers you are looking for. FEO have been hugely influential in my journey - I now have more time, less stress and clearly defined goals.
