Jo is the Managing Director of Shared Agenda and CEO of Hull Citycare Ltd.

Jo established Shared Agenda with Community Health Partnerships and Sewell Group in 2013, after a successful 5 years working with Hull Citycare Ltd, where Jo was responsible for leading a team that tripled the size of the investment portfolio, as well as supporting customers to make the most of the their estates.

Jo continues to develop Citycare’s business, but has extended Shared Agenda’s service offer to deliver compelling, service driven solutions to our customers facing difficult decisions with their estate. Jo is responsible for ensuring delivery of all of Shared Agenda’s commitments including providing strategic advice to partners, setting the direction of the company and managing a team to deliver the agreed commitments.

Jo has played a leading role in developing successful partnerships across a range of public sector partners to identify innovative, achievable estates solutions, all the while establishing a loyal and trusted group of advisors and supply chain partners.

Prior to joining Citycare in 2008, Jo spent 14 years working in regeneration across the North of England and Scotland, latterly as Economic Development Director at the urban regeneration company, Hull Citybuild Ltd. During her time with the organisation, Jo managed the development of a number of initiatives including the City Centre Masterplan and the Economic Strategy for Hull.
