Rob Partridge

Rob Partridge founded Synergi Finance in February 2015 with the vision of being the leading commercial lender in the Hull & Humber region. 

Rob left school to pursue his passion of graphic design in the mid nineties only to find that his real passion was for partying too much and not attending his courses. By 2000 he was politely asked to leave university and to pursue other interests. Not knowing what to do he fell in and out of a handful of administrative jobs until he found his feet at Barclays Mercantile in 2003.

Working his way up from a finance administrator to a sales executive Rob was awarded Barclays’ top salesman three years in a row. In 2008 he was head hunted by a specialist IT finance intermediary quickly rising through the ranks to become the regional sales director and opening their northern division in Leeds in 2012.

By 2015 Rob had formulated his own vision for the future and decided that the time was right to make his own way in the finance industry.

Passionate about finance and making a real change in the industry whilst supporting the Hull & Humber region, Synergi Finance has made some large steps forward in achieving its goals.
