After graduating from Sheffield Polytechnic in 1991 with a degree in Engineering, Mark has been involved in many aspects of manufacturing, initially working for a PLC supplying M&S with clothing, then leading a management buyout of a joinery manufacturer to the start up of W J Components Ltd in 2007.
Having a clear growth strategy keeps the business focused on it core products in order to achieve sustainable revenue growth & profitability. W J Group now employ 30+ people on three sites in Hull & Rochester.
