Helen Hudson

Helen Hudson is a HR Consultant and Director of Dynamic People Solutions. She has worked in HR for over 25 years and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has held several HR leadership roles and has had a successful career working across the HR spectrum, both operationally and strategically. Working in well known business such as The John Lewis Partnership, The Woolworths Group, Centrica Storage and McCain Foods, she has a breadth of experience across a range of industries.

Her desire to use this experience and wealth of skills is what led her to develop Dynamic People Solutions to support small and medium sized businesses to grow and innovate with people solutions and Human Resources. Dynamic People Solutions support businesses to achieve the rights outcome through developing people strategies, frameworks and processes, putting the basics in place such as contracts and policies, dealing with tricky people issues and more. Based in Beverley, they support businesses in Hull, East Yorkshire, and the Humber, as well as working remotely with businesses further afield in locations such as London and Manchester.
