Yvonne Elliott

Yvonne has been part of CHCP since its inception in 2010. She is recognised for her compassionate and inclusive leadership style, which is driven by our core values as an organisation and a steadfast focus on improving outcomes for our patients and their families. 

Yvonne is an accomplished executive board director with over 30 years’ experience across the NHS and the wider health sector. She has led system-wide transformation and service redesign across integrated care systems, delivering high-quality, patient-centred and digitally enabled care. With senior roles including deputy chief executive and managing director at CHCP, she brings strong strategic, operational and governance expertise. 

Yvonne has also led national programmes, including cancer recovery during the pandemic, working effectively across complex partnerships. She is committed to improving community-based care for our population and to steering CHCP to further growth and success by empowering our colleagues and our teams to be creative and innovative; to lead and inspire through excellence, compassion and expertise in all that we do.
