Tony Phillips

Tony Phillips is the founder of Cloud Design Box Ltd, a SharePoint and Office 365 consultancy company working with both the private and public sector across the UK and internationally.

In 2015, Tony was made redundant after relocating to Hull 6 years earlier. After planning a business for several years, he took the opportunity and never looked back.

With over 11 years’ experience with SharePoint and web design, Tony had previously worked in the education sector helping schools and colleges develop engaging teaching and learning portals. With the freedom of owning his own business and the potential he saw in helping the private sector streamline business processes using the same technology, Cloud Design Box now work with businesses providing time saving and admin cost-cutting business workflows and solutions. The company has thrived from its reputation as friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

Tony has recently become a parent and is enjoying fatherhood. Although a new business requires long hours and dedication, he now has the flexibility to spend time with his new family in which previous jobs would have made very difficult.

While working hard to develop and grow the business further, Tony wants to share experiences with new start-ups and is keen to learn from fellow entrepreneurs.
