Tim Wigglesworth

Tim is Chief Executive of Willerby-based estates consultancy Shared Agenda Solutions Ltd who provide a full suite of specialist services to help customers solve their property challenges and make the best use of their resources and environments. He is also CEO of Hull Citycare Ltd providing strategic estates solutions for public sector partners in the region. Alongside other public and private shareholders, both companies form part of the Sewell Group investment portfolio, a Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company To Work For and number one in Yorkshire.

A proud East Hull boy, he joined the company in 2012 having spent all of his professional career working as a chartered surveyor in the property and regeneration arena in and around Hull. Outside of the office he is a Trustee of the HEY Smile Foundation and, to reflect his sporting allegiance, the Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust as well as being an active member of the Rugby Football Union’s Professional Game Match Officials Team as a referee.
