Rob Kellock

Rob Studied accountancy before following his passion for cars into the Motor Industry. This financial training paid dividends as he moved from the retail motor trade into Vehicle funding. Initially Rob worked the Lloyds banking group subsidiaries such as BMW Finance and VW Finance which at the time were joint Ventures between the Manufacturers and Lloyds Group. Whilst working with Lloyds Rob was headhunted by one of their major clients and a move into Contract Hire and Leasing sector, starting a 30+ years career path within fleet.

Rob has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and offering flexible solutions to clients. He has an open and honest approach to business. Experience includes training and development as well as managing teams. Strong negotiation skills. Process driven, but always with a focus on what the client needs, wants, and expects. Strong relationship building skills with suppliers, clients, and colleagues alike.

In 2014 Rob was encouraged by family, friends, and a major Client at the time to venture out on his own and he started trading as Ultimate vehicle Leasing (UVL). The business is accredited by the FCA and offers Leasing and Fleet management solutions predominantly to Corporate clients although they do provide personal solutions by referral and recommendation. Clients may want a simple leasing quotation at the most basic level to a fully outsourced fleet Solution.

UVL help companies and individuals find the best vehicle solution to match their needs. They have strong partnerships with vehicle manufacturers, dealers, and funders, but remain totally Independent from the supply chain. Being impartial ensures customers are guaranteed to receive help and advice they can trust. Understanding the business from both sides of the fence means the UVL team are poachers turned gamekeepers, giving their clients access to knowledge and expertise of the vehicle funding sector.

Most of the 6 strong team have worked together in previous businesses for over 10 years before joining the UVL family.

Rob is looking forward to being involved initially in NxGen and seeing future potential amongst the youngsters out there as well as learning how to help his team maximise their own growth potential.
