Phil heads up Link Agency, a property business that has let and sold residential property in East Yorkshire since 1983.
He holds an MBA with Finance specialism from the University of Nottingham (1992) as well as a degree in Accounting and Management Control from Sheffieild Hallam University.
He has lived and work in the UK and USA. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposal of SMEs as both the buyer and the seller.
A strong advocate of personal, business and community development initiatives. Chairman of the Goole Town Deal.
