Opeyemi Adewuyi

I moved to the Humber region thirteen years ago, and seven years ago I began my journey into entrepreneurship after working extensively in the care sector. That experience led to the creation of Ope Healthcare Limited, a business built to meet real needs I had seen firsthand.

I am a registered CQC Manager with wide-ranging experience supporting children and adults with mental health difficulties. My practice is therapeutic and trauma-informed, guided by the PACE model, and I am also an accredited PRICE Trainer. I believe effective care should be calm, respectful, and rooted in strong, trusting relationships.

Alongside frontline care leadership, I have worked closely with the Jobcentre to support employability, helping individuals rebuild confidence and develop realistic pathways back into work. This focus on opportunity and development was a key driver in founding Ope Healthcare Limited—to address gaps in care provision, strengthen the workforce, and create sustainable job opportunities.

I am also the entrepreneur behind Heavenly Properties, where I focus on responsible property creation and management. For me, property and care share the same foundation: stability, safety, and long-term value.

Outside of work, I value time with Family, which keeps my outlook grounded and my goals future-focused.
