Naz Johnson

Naz is the founder of Reignite Development, an East Yorkshire-based leadership development and coaching business helping leaders, teams and businesses build the confidence, clarity and capability to get better results.

With 30 years' experience in people and leadership development, including as a People & Culture Director, Naz brings plenty of real-world experience to her work. She's led large teams and projects herself and now works with business owners, Directors, Exec teams and leaders at all levels across a wide range of organisations.

Her work includes 1:1 and executive coaching, team development and bespoke leadership programmes, with particular experience supporting growing, founder and family-led businesses.

Naz believes great leadership development shouldn't disappear the moment people get back to their day jobs. Her approach blends practical tools and established thinking with encouragement, honest challenge and plenty of fun. She creates space for people to think differently, have the conversations that matter and turn insight into something they can actually use.

No two people, teams or businesses are the same, so neither is the work. Whether she's coaching one leader, helping a team work better together or designing a longer leadership programme, the aim is the same: development that creates genuine, sustainable change rather than a short-lived burst of inspiration.

Originally from the North West, Naz now lives in East Yorkshire and works alongside her husband Darrell, an Executive Coach. When she's not working, she's usually running around after her Spaniel Buddy and her 2 grandsons. Any other ‘free’ time is spent attempting to control an increasingly ambitious allotment and road trips around Europe.
