Luke Foster

Luke is a director and co-founder of Umber Creative Ltd, a web, design and marketing agency. Umber Creative was founded in 2010 to offer cost effective marketing and web solutions to clients both within the Hull and East Yorkshire region and nationwide.

Luke has overseen the web development arm of the business which has grown from a single developer working on websites for startups and SMEs, into a team of developers focused on all kinds of projects from bespoke eCommerce solutions to internal web applications for international companies. During the 7 years of business Umber Creative have provided web solutions to over 150 client companies.

His strengths lie in helping clients understand what possibilities are available in simple language without technical jargon. Then helping them reconsider their approach and brief to find a solution that delivers more for their organisation.

Part of Luke’s role is to work closely with the other directors to decide business strategy, goals and how to achieve them. In 2016 Umber Creative realised one of it’s long term ambitions with the purchase and renovation of offices to be used as the permanent home to the company and platform for growth.
