Leon McQuade is a recognised thought leader and Co-Founder of Think Cloud, where they drive innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cloud technology. Passionate about mental health advocacy, Leon has served as a Director and Trustee of Andy’s Man Club, the UK’s fastest-growing male mental health charity, and chaired Public Health England’s Suicide Prevention Task and Finish Group. These experiences shaped Leon’s belief in a new kind of leadership, one where vulnerability is a strength and authenticity inspires change.

At Think Cloud, Leon leads the AI strategy and empowers businesses to harness AI for growth, efficiency, and risk management through webinars, keynote talks, radio segments, and e-learning content. As an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Hull, Leon teaches AI fundamentals and runs prompt-a-thons to advance AI literacy across the Humberside region. Known as a dyslexic thinker and tech enabler, Leon champions a people-first mission: to be useful, be kind, connect people, and share practical insights from years at the forefront of AI innovation.
