John Weedon

Until recently I was Group Managing Director of The Weedon Group, the UK's leading independent family businesses manufacturing cardboard boxes and displays.

Started by my brother and myself in 1987, Weedon Group grew to a profitable business of nearly £40 million employing 250 people across two sites ( Manchester & Cannock) After 38 years of highs and lows as the business grew, we exited through a trade sale in 2025.

Since then I have been working ( amongst other things ) with FEO offering my experience wherever it could help build local businesses and grow employment where possible.
