As CEO of For Entrepreneurs Only (FEO) she leads one of the UK's most distinctive entrepreneur-led communities, supporting business owners to start, adapt, grow and succeed through peer support, mentoring, events and practical development programmes.

Throughout her career, Jan has been committed to creating opportunities for others. She works closely with entrepreneurs, local authorities, business support organisations, community groups and schools and Universities to encourage enterprise, raise aspirations and strengthen the regional economy. Her approach combines commercial understanding with a genuine belief that successful businesses can be a powerful force for positive social impact.

Jan also performs as a singer with the local tribute act The Beautiful Couch, combining her love of music and perforance. Whether on stage, in the boardroom, or supporting entrepreneurs across the region, she brings the same energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to helping people realise their potential.
