Starting out my career as an electrician I've always had an interest in the construction of buildings. Then moving onto the renewables sector, Solar PV and Air Source heat pumps. before ultimately moving into the surveying aspect. This has given me a great understanding of the industry.

I decided to set up EPC247 in 2018 to help provide energy efficiency advice. for homeowners and landlords to make their properties as efficient as possible. Now 7 years into that journey and thousands of houses assessed. EPC247 Is one of the leading energy assessment companies in the area.

In 2021 we added producing detailed floor plans for a multitude of applications such as for property sales, lettings and fire safety. Completing floorplans from large care homes to Rugby and football stadiums.

After focusing on domestic energy efficiency for 6 years we decided in 2024 to take our expertise into the commercial sector offering commercial EPCs. carrying on building our reputation as the go to place for energy efficiency advice.
