Henry Brew

Henry Brew is the CEO and founder of Here2Grow Ltd, which provides Expert Research and Development Consultancy and innovation in detergent, hygiene and water technology. He has over 15 years experience in the Chemicals Homecare and Hygiene sector. He has worked for a list of International corporations in the UK, France, Germany and US. Henry holds a MSc and PhD in Physical Chemistry.

The spark of Here2Grow was ignited with an exploratory field trip to Sierra Leone, led by the UK Department for international Development (DFID). On this mission, he identified the need to create a business link between Entrepreneurs in emerging markets and customers in the developed world, focusing on clean water and hygiene.

In 2011 Here2Grow Ltd was launched in the UK it has achieved the following to date:

• Established a strong Network to facilitate technology transfer between the Fraunhofer Society and the Ghanaian Government and Here2Grow for water projects.
• Entered the booming Turkish market and has secured a long-term contract with leading FMCG company Hayat Kimya to provide consultancy in product research & development, manufacturing, Innovation and marketing.
• Secured contract with a leading US manufacturer of chemical-free cleaning technologies globally.

Henry is keen to inspire and encourage the next generation of potential entrepreneurs to identify and go for their true calling in life.
