Gemma Wardell

Gemma has had a career with people at the core! She is passionate about people and believes that all humans have untapped potential and the ability to grow, change, develop and become the absolute best version of themselves. Gemma has worked in the field of mental health and wellbeing for many years and is a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Trainer and Coach. Gemma has been involved in many community projects and has created, set up and led services locally. Gemma’s previous role was as a company Director within a CIC.

Gemma has a talent for organisational psychology and creates bespoke training and coaching packages for many organisations. She is an energetic and engaging trainer and facilitator and loves nothing more than combining her knowledge and skills across Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Coaching and Training to unleash Human Brilliance in individuals, and in teams!
