How Can I Help You was founded by Erica Baron following 25 years of working in the sales and recruitment sectors. Over the course of her career, she has successfully navigated both the public and private sectors, securing contracts exceeding £300 million with central and local government bodies including Ministry of Justice, the Home Office and the National Crime Agency, to the NHS, local authorities and businesses within the private sector. Erica’s focus areas included account management, business development, and the tender and bid process on every scale.

In 2023, Erica launched How Can I Help You because she wanted the flexibility to work for herself, as well as the freedom to expand her reach across the UK. Thanks to a wide-ranging skill set and exceptional attention to detail, she and her team now help businesses to optimise and grow by identifying live tenders, writing powerful bids, reviewing documents, carrying out contract negotiations, overseeing implementation, managing a wide range of day-to-day tasks, and guiding clients towards a more efficient, agile and profitable future.
