Emma is the founder and Managing Director of Fred - a business focussed, creative communications consultancy specialising in strategic marketing and brand led communications. Fred understands the business of marketing and works with companies, across the UK and overseas, to support growth and add real commercial value to businesses across all sectors.

Emma leads a team of marketing strategists, designers, PR experts, and internal communications professionals to deliver bespoke, brand-led solutions that drive measurable business growth.

Under her leadership, Fred has evolved it’s client portfolio and now works with organisations across the UK and internationally, offering everything from board-level strategic input to full-service marketing team delivery. Emma specialises in helping companies solve problems, scale operations, unify teams, and unlock the full commercial potential of brand-driven communications.

Whether acting as a consultant, agency partner, or Non-Executive Director, Emma demonstrates why every business needs to combine creativity with commerciality in its communications and proves that great marketing is an investment not a cost.
