Emma Bolton

Emma is CEO at Community Ventures, part of Sewell Group, with offices in Yorkshire, Teesside and the East Midlands but with national coverage. Community Ventures is a strategic estates advisory company that mainly undertakes work in the public sector, particularly in the health sector.

Emma joined Community Ventures 5 years ago after undertaking Director level roles in the NHS and senior roles in local government. Emma is an expert in public sector estates strategy, with extensive experience at leading high performing diverse, multidisciplinary estates-focused teams across local authorities and the NHS. A Fellow of the RICS, Emma pairs this with her town planning degree to give her a unique view across estates strategies. Emma is also a Trustee in a Multi-Schools Academy Trust and is an RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
