Debra Leeves

Debra has worked in medical technology and pharmaceuticals for the past 25 years, managing companies in the US, Middle East and Europe. She was recently CEO for a medtech company in Zurich, Switzerland and relocated back to the UK in the summer of 2018 to take up the role of CEO for Vertual Ltd.

Vertual is the leading provider of virtual reality (VR and AR) training simulation systems in radiotherapy, with installations in 30 countries across the world. It’s aim is to deliver innovative solutions for training and education and to develop a pipeline of software and hardware to meet the future needs of healthcare professionals, patients and academia. Market expansion is planned for Asia, the Americas and Europe.

Debra was born in Hull and lived in the area until the early 80s when she went off to university, followed by her first job in the pharmaceutical industry in London, she has a degree in Pharmacy, an MBA from Warwick Business school and is a part qualified Management Accountant , CIMA.
