David co-created The Excellence Partnership Ltd (TXP) – a business improvement business – to enable people and organisations to make the very best of what they have, and become exceptionally good at what they do. The business was founded on a firm belief, that there’s always a better way, and that people can become outstanding if prepared to challenge the way they think, act and operate. Much of this comes from his streak of perfectionism and engineering mindset. For him the Mandela quote rings true:

"There is no passion to be found playing small in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living."

His expertise is built on working with blue-chip companies – including Michelin Tyres, Harsco, Jaguar Cars and Rolls-Royce - enabling change, in multinational environments - and gaining his Masters at Cranfield University.

TXP was created, with two colleagues, from knowing that change is a necessary part of life and can, when done effectively, be inspirational, empowering and fun. Fun is key, it enables passions and enthusiasm to rise to the surface.

David and TXP’s raison d’etre is to help fuel inspiration, embrace change, and create a better world for all.
