Daniel Gray

Daniel started his recruitment career in 2003 shortly after completing his business degree. Having started as a researcher for a specialist head-hunter in Leeds Daniel returned home to Hull in 2005 joining a local boutique professional recruitment business. Over the subsequent 9 years he became a knowledgeable specialist within operations and supply chain recruitment working his way up from consultant to become a Director of the business in 2011 breaking several company records along the way.

In 2014 Daniel felt he had gone as far as he could with his employer so decided to set up Total Supply Chain Solutions with business partner Simon Jones. Since its inception Total Supply Chain set out to offer something different to a crowded recruitment market place. With a mix of recruitment and professional training the business has seen impressive growth achieving its 3 year business plan within 18 months. In February 2017 the business evolved and became Identify, broadening the services on offer with an ethos of engaging with Innovation in Recruitment™. The aim is to offer a first class recruitment service whilst delivering greater value to our clients by offering a holistic skills solution, including training, bespoke apprenticeships and specialist consultancy through their partnership model.

Daniel is proud to be from East Yorkshire and is passionate about developing and improving the skills within Hull and its surrounding area. He wants to use his skills and experience to help other businesses develop and grow.
