Andrew Neadley

Andrew started his career as an electrical apprentice and successfully completed this in the domestic and commercial sectors. After learning his trade on the tools, Andrew progressed to join Centra Plc to head up the electrical service division within British Gas. His drive and passion for outstanding service, led to Andrew becoming an Operational Excellence Coach, gaining a number of further qualifications along the way. His experiences with this global business provided him with the key skills to take the leap and set up his own electrical company in 2016.

Since then, ACN Electrical has grown from strength to strength, priding itself on, and delivering service excellence in the both the domestic and commercial sector. The company has established a reputation for reliability and problem-solving, building a strong network of commercial clients in the region.

With a passion for sustainability and the environment Andrew has moved into the renewable sector, specialising in the provision of solar and battery storage to both domestic and commercial clients.

Andrew is always looking to learn from liked minded business owners, with a shared entrepreneurial vision and commitment growing the economy in our region. After completing the FEO360, he became a member of FEO and hopes to be able to share his knowledge and experiences with others.
