Alison Johnson is the co-founder and COO of Forward And Thinking (Advertising and Digital Agency) and the SAAS Group which also includes Simplytrak (Vehicle Tracking) and Wold Outdoor (Digital Out of Home)
A passionate cheerleader for entrepreneurialism, Alison has co founded and grown a number of businesses in the region over the past 15 years. Employing and nurturing her teams she has built a group of businesses run by teams that work together with common goals, strong values and a focus on the customer experience.
Alison moved to East Yorkshire in 2008, setting up Forward And Thinking and growing it from a one person startup to a 27 strong group counting 50 colleges and schools up and down the country as customers. She advocates for local charities including Hull for Heroes, East Riding Food Bank and Andy Man's Club.
