I am a Financial Director and business owner, with experience supporting and scaling growing businesses through strong financial leadership and strategic thinking.

I am the Founder of Avaire Active Limited, a premium activewear brand built around confidence, quality, and timeless design. Avaire was created with the vision of helping women feel powerful, put together, and confident in both their training and everyday life. Building this brand from the ground up has given me first-hand experience of the realities of starting and growing a business

Alongside this, I am Financial Director for Cherry Picker Pete, I work closely with the business to oversee financial performance, improve systems and processes, and support long-term growth. I take pride in bringing clarity to the numbers, helping translate financial data into clear, actionable decisions that move the business forward.

My aim is to add real value whether that’s through strategic thinking, problem-solving, or bringing clarity to complex situations so that businesses can move forward with confidence.
