After 15 years working in design and marketing for both the public and private sectors Adam built himself a reputation as a dedicated and talented graphic designer. By working for others, he was able to visualise the company he wanted to run; taking on board what really worked best for customers. 

In 2015, Adam and his brother Brendan decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship and launched INITCreative. Since the first day of trading, they have worked tirelessly to provide clients with an affordable yet top quality service that is highly personalised and stripped bare of the often infuriating ‘business jargon’ that can waste time and money. This refreshing down to earth approach has won over clients such as Hull City, MKM Building Supplies, Hudgell Solicitors, Hull UK City of Culture 2017 plus many exciting fledgling organisations and traders.
