David Hall

David is the founder and owner of Beverley  Leisure Homes.

David is an entrepreneur with a passion for manufacturing, leaving school at 16 and serving an apprenticeship in cabinet making, setting up his first business at the age of 22.

Passionate about local startups and SMEs, David joined the board of the newly formed HEY LEP in April 2021, given the role of SME champion, he also sits on the Business Support Board.

Keen to develop skills in young people in the area, David set up a trailblazer group to bring his industry together to discuss specific training requirements, he is also supports the careers team at Wyke College in the role of their Enterprise Advisor.

Now employing 46 staff including 5 local apprentices, over 40,000sq ft (and growing) of production facility space. David commented ‘The help and support offered by the FEO has played a huge part in the company's and my own development, in joining the FEO board, I hope to be able to offer that level of support to others on their own path to growth.
