Six Business owners meet quarterly in rotation around each other’s offices for half a day. The six ask each other questions, give advice based on experience and signpost to help outside the group, if appropriate. The six then have 30 minutes each to talk about their own business issues that they might need help with. They may commit to taking actions which they report on at the next meeting. The process is called action learning; discussing issues, taking actions and reviewing the successes and learnings.
