Why FEO360 is a game-changer for small business owners

Date: 08 June 2026

Author: Jess Clark

I no longer feel alone. FEO360 has shifted my mindset massively, I feel confident running my business, particularly when it comes to my processes and business planning.

Running a business can be exciting, exhausting and lonely - sometimes all in the same week.

Between chasing invoices, looking after customers, managing staff and trying to plan for the future, it can be hard to find time to step back and work on the business rather than just in it.

That’s where FEO360 comes in

FEO360 is a free, peer-led programme run by For Entrepreneurs Only, designed specifically for owners of small and medium-sized businesses in Hull and the Humber.

Over six half‑day sessions, spread fortnightly across the autumn business owners come together to learn from successful local entrepreneurs - and from each other.

The aim is simple:

To help you develop your personal leadership skills, sharpen how you run your business and give you the confidence and tools to move forward with clarity.

FEO360 is built around real-life experience, not theory

Each session is led by business owners and specialists who share what has worked for them - and what hasn’t - in a practical, down-to-earth way. The sessions include:

  • Systems and process & winning back your time – with Amelia Caruso ACA
  • The business of you: lead from the inside out – with Gemma Wardell, Human Brilliance
  • Looking after your people – with Helen Hudson, Dynamic People Solutions
  • Creating your vision – with Lloyd Atkin, Bio-D
  • Cash is king – with Alistair O'Sullivan, Diony
  • The single-page business plan – with Phil Ward, Phil Ward Business Coach
  • Know your market – with John Gilbert, Eski
  • How to sell successfully – with Chrysta Newman, Village Farm Marquees
  • Building your team – with Dan Gray, Identify

Support from partners such as Smailes Goldie and Gosschalks adds extra depth on finance and legal considerations, giving you a rounded view of what it takes to grow a stronger business.

A peer-to-peer community, not a classroom

At the heart of FEO360 is a simple belief: Entrepreneurs learn best from other entrepreneurs.

The programme is deliberately peer-led. You sit alongside other owner‑managers who are facing similar challenges - whether that’s cash flow, hiring, pricing, confidence or time management - and you work through them together.

Everyone signs up to a straightforward confidentiality code so you can talk honestly about what’s really going on in your business, in a safe and supportive environment.

Past participants have said

“FEO360 has “shifted my mindset massively”, helped them “tackle imposter syndrome”, and left them feeling “confident running my business, particularly when it comes to my processes and business planning”. Others tell us they “no longer feel alone” and finally “know what my business plan is and how to stick to it”.

Delivered free of charge

All of this is delivered free of charge, with sessions designed to fit around busy schedules - just half a day, every two weeks.
