Helen Gibson is the Managing Director of Agencia Consulting Ltd. Helen joined the family business in 2009, and successfully completed a five year succession plan with her father (Andrew Gibson, who founded the company in 1997) before taking up sole leadership of the business. Helen helped secure the company on a path of growth, development and diversification, which has seen Agencia develop into the respected, international business it is today.
