Mark Woolley

Mark Woolley is Managing Director of Woolley & Parks Estate Agents and Financial services companies which was established in 2015 with offices in Driffield and Beverley.

Since its launch the company has won numerous national industry awards and the market leading estate agent in the area. Mark is also responsible for the Land & New Homes division of the company representing SME builders throughout East Yorkshire in the sale of their properties. Mark has over 25 years’ property industry experience having previously managed offices in East and West Yorkshire for Halifax property services, subsequently establishing an East Yorkshire Land and New Homes operation. Mark was then recruited to acquire land for a major Yorkshire house builder, subsequently working as a director for a number of SME property development companies and owning a property photography company. Previously working from a Driffield base as Yorkshire regional Land and New Homes Sales Manager for a large corporate Estate Agency before leaving to establish Woolley & Parks.
