Led by Andy Parkinson, our recent FEO Helping Each Other Supper focused on the weird world of consumer behaviour, looking at the physiology that underpins our decisions and how, more often than not we use in-built biases when we take action.

Using ‘behavioural science’ and ‘choice architecture’ as our guide, Andy revealed some of the inner secrets of the marketing industry and explained why consumers continually make bad decisions that don’t always benefit them.

There were thought provoking insights for everyone to take away and apply in many different ways in their own businesses.
